FMERSA is a leading training program for professionals specialising in forensic medical examination of rape and sexual assault. It helps equip participants with the knowledge and skills needed to handle cases of all ages, sensitively and effectively. Delivered by experts in their field, it provides a holistic, trauma-informed approach to all aspects of sexual offences medicine. Teaching is in a supportive and safe learning environment with an experienced tutor team at hand, learners are encouraged to relax, interact and contribute. Tailored support is provided with all aspects, including statement writing and court room skills, whether learners are new to the specialty or already experienced examiners. Throughout there is also a strong focus on up-to-date and evolving quality standards, regulation and accreditation.

Fees
£1,950 per individual module. Booking both modules reduces the fees to £3,500.
